The Bay area is a crazy real estate market. Look at this home... sold for $920k on 8/10/07. Now for sale again and asking what? Who knows. Brochure photo doesn't even have a price as far as I can see... but it clearly says SHORT SALE.
And then just a couple doors down... an identical home for sale...??
