Will it work? There haven't been too many sales in this neighborhood in the last 3 months. I don't think this house will go for over 700k... let's look for some comps... OK, nothing exactly the same, but the following 2 homes are not too far off... and neither has sold very quickly. I think this neighborhood is going to be hurting badly this year. I don't see too many sales happening, and anything bought during 2005-2006 that is now on sale again... is taking a big loss.
